Hot and Humid Today

It was a stinking hot day here today and very muggy as well. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do 40mins or 30mins today but ended up going for an easy 40mins. It didn't end up real easy, I think the heat and humidity got the better of me as I got very lethargic after a couple of minutes and I noticed my heart rate sky rocketting as well.

Depending on how I feel I think I might either have a rest tomorrow or just go for an easy 30mins - and to think, Summer is only just beginning!

Today:
7.5kms in 40mins on a 1 incline
The first 30mins done at 11.2km/h and the final 10mins I worked my way up to finish off at 12.5km/h
