Run Before The Storm
I went to the gym at about 6-30pm right before we were hit by a bumper storm. The humidity was awful and after about 10mins on the treadmill I was drenched in sweat and feeling very tired. Usually I try and finish the back half of my runs faster then the first half but this time I was just trying to complete the session in one piece.

The storm was pretty lame in brisbane or rather where I live last night. However the humidity today is very sticky, not ideal training weather that's for sure.
Yeah, as Shane said, not much storm action here - you guys have all the fun ;-)
Sure is hard work running in this humidity, but at least all the sweating makes you feel like you're doing something.
